You feel like you’ve been running a race your entire life, but you haven’t even crossed the starting line.

Not you ignoring the patterns that keep showing up in your life.

Hi, I’m Veltimar!

I'm not a buttoned-up therapist who will stare past you and ask, ‘how does that make you feel?’ I show up as myself and I never take your openness for granted. So don't be surprised when I ask about your dog by name or laugh with you when you show me the latest IG reel—the details matter to me. Bring everything that's weighing on you, the drama that's happening in the group chat —and we'll sort it out together. I am not here to fix you because you're not broken, and you know yourself best.

I use evidence-based approaches that are grounded in compassion to help you get to know yourself better and heal from the inside out. I do not approach you as if you are in a vacuum- your lived experience matters here. As women, we often have to worry about whether people will hear us and believe us. But you don't have to worry about that here.

In therapy, we create space to stop, take a breath and make sense of the roles, pressures, and experiences that have shaped how you relate to yourself and others. Through our work together, you’ll release what is not serving you and finally be able to breathe again.
