Anxiety doesn’t show up the same way for everyone—so therapy shouldn’t either.

You've run yourself into the ground trying to keep up appearances, but you can't deny your mask has been slipping.

Maybe you’ve always had anxiety- the racing heart and clawing feeling at your throat. Maybe sleepless nights or waking up in sweaty sheets have been the norm since high school. But it’s never been this bad.

You realize that the twisting feeling in your gut that makes you race the restroom is happening way too often. The shaking leg is now causing your knee to ache and your dentist is recommending a night guard because your teeth clench at night, that is when you actually sleep through the night. You can’t make a decision to save your life, which frustrates your partner, your friends, or colleagues at work. You want to do things, maybe finally start traveling but you just can’t shut up the worried voice that says, ‘but what if something goes wrong?’

Sound like you?

And now the anxiety is showing out all over the place! You can’t focus on your work because of the dread you feel in the pit of your stomach

Your partner dumped you – or maybe has threatened to - because of the ‘clinginess’ and excessive worrying.

And it doesn’t stop there- the constant state of high alert burns through all of your energy.

Pair that with little sleep and a hard time saying no and that’s the recipe for burnout.

Here’s what we’ll do together

POV: you started therapy and are not feeling on edge all the time

Your mind isn’t constantly racing ahead to worst-case scenarios, and your body isn’t stuck in that same loop of tension. You can actually breathe without that tight, bracing feeling in your chest or stomach.

You feel more like yourself again—clearer, steadier, and more sure of your decisions. You’re not getting pulled into the same people-pleasing patterns, and setting boundaries doesn’t send you into a spiral of guilt.

You’re not running on empty anymore. You have more energy, more space, and more capacity for your own life—the things you’ve been putting off or talking yourself out of.

Things feel more manageable. And you don’t feel stuck anymore.

At the end of the day, I want you to know:

That kind of change doesn’t happen by just pushing through or trying to think your way out of anxiety.

Anxiety isn’t just ‘in your head.’ It shows up in your body, your relationships, and the patterns you keep getting pulled back into. That’s why our work doesn’t stay at the surface. I integrate approaches like EMDR, parts work and CBT in a way that’s intentional and actually creates change so you can :

●        Understand what’s really driving your anxiety, not just manage it in the moment.

●        Work with both your mind and your body, so you’re not stuck in a constant loop of tension and overthinking.

●        Build practical tools that you can actually use when anxiety shows up in real time.

●        Start to unpack the patterns in your relationships—especially around responsibility, guilt, and family expectations

What we’ll work on

Therapy for anxiety can help you:

  • Pause and ground yourself before automatically taking on more than you can handle.

  • Say no to requests when your plate is full without overexplaining yourself.

  • Reconnect with what you need—so you’re not putting yourself last…again.

  • Learn ways to calm your nervous system so your body isn’t stuck in that constant state of tension.

  • Show up to relationships in a way that feels true to who you are without worrying about what other people might think.

Make anxiety your helpful bestie and not your clingy ex.
